It’s easy to buy from our online store, you just have to :
1) Be in the product page of the item you want to buy
2) Add it to the cart
3) View your cart
4) Proceed to checkout
5) Fill a few personal information
6) Pay using your credit card or Paypal account or other supported payment methods

Just shoot us an email to support@morosouk.com and tell us what you want to change and we will do our best to accommodate your needs if the product hasn't been shipped yet .

As soon as you place an order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship all over the world and for FREE

We're based in Morocco and we ship from here .

- Processing & Product Making Time depends on each product ( 3 - 20 days ) . Please check the product description .

- International orders are delivered in 2 to 5 working days depending on the country of destination.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Thus a Total of 5-25 Days depending on the product .

Note : 

If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

We ship Using DHL , FedEx or Aramex , depending on the destination .

As long as you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, that’s no problem at all. Just write an email with the new shipping address to support@morosouk.com and we will change your address.

In case you haven’t received any shipping confirmation within 3-25 business days ( depending on the product ) after you placed the order please contact us at support@morosouk.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order you can and for FREE

1. Contact our customer service: support@morosouk.com

2. You will be sent a return label, print it and put it on the package

3. Bring your package to the next DHL parcel shop

4. Once we receive the Product in acceptable/ unused condition we will refund the money and a confirmation will be sent to you

As soon as we received the product our quality assurance team will check the condition of the product, we will initiate a refund of the full purchase price of the product on the payment method you used if everything is in order. Once we refunded the price you will receive a message. Depending on the payment method you used your money should be transferred within 3 to 5 business days.

OTHER

Shipping internationally within the EU is tax free for the customer – for non EU shipments in most cases there is no issue at all and you will not incur any additional fees. However, the following needs to be read and understood before ordering from our website.

When ordering from Morosouk.com, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country that he is trying to import the product to.

Orders are, unless otherwise specified, marked as gifts when shipped. This measurement aims to avoid unnecessary customs & duties payments at the country of destination. Nevertheless, it may occur that products may be still subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In these cases DHL/Ups will only deliver the product once the recipient has paid the amount due. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this but can only inform you here.

In case additional charges apply upon reception and you choose to not pay, Morosouk reserves the right to not refund at all or partially shipping fees, return fees, taxes or the entire product costs.
